I've Had A Bad Sore Throat For Three And A

I've had a bad sore throat for three and a half weeks. Have constant headaches and no fever, no rashes on body. I currently under alot of stress I also had protected sex a month half ago but concerned. Plus i've been sweating alot behind my neck and head and have a dry mouth and sinus and my head feels foggy and i'm constipated . Could I be hiv positive?
