I've Had A Bit Of A Cold The Past Couple

I've had a bit of a cold the past couple days. (Possibly a sinus infection). However, mind cold/sinuses are better today but I have been coughing all day. It's a dry cough but I cough and cough until I gag and can't breath. I cough so hard and long that my head, back, chest, and throat hurt terribly. I never coughed this much in this period of time.
