Ive Had A Bulge/lump On The Left Side Of Neck

Ive had a bulge/lump on the left side of neck right below the jawline. It feels like a small golf ball. I went to see a physician and they only prescribed me antibiotics. Its been a week and nothing has changed. Other than knowing its there and worrying about it, i physically feel fine. I have no symptoms of night sweats, fatigue, I have not lost weight, etc. 5 years ago i had tumor removed on the opposite side. Is this something of concern?
