I've Had A Cat Bite Over My Left Hand Since

I've had a cat bite over my left hand since 3 weeks plus ago, & bottom half of my ring finger & about 1 inch down to top of hand & between the pinky finger remained numb significantly (about 70% skin lost sensation). If i press the sensitive points where the bite had occurred, a very painful electrical jolt can be felt along the fingers area. Could it be a nerve injury? May i kindly ask what can i do to improve it? Is it permanent? Thank you
