I've Had A Chest Cold For About A Month. During

I've had a chest cold for about a month. During this time I thought maybe I bruised a rib or fractured one or something of that nature. Since my cold has been going away both of my ribs seem to be sore, but now when I cough or bend over or reach out too far I get a sharp pain in one of my breasts. My ribs don't feel out of place or anything that I can tell. Do you know what could be causing this pain?
