I've Had A Chronic Cough For Over A Year (20

I've had a chronic cough for over a year (20 months). I'm a soccer referee and run @8 miles a match, on multiple match days @10-14 over all) and work outdoors. This past fall match days were never under 96˚F and I developed a scratchy cough on top of the cruddy chronic cough. Now it feels like I have cobwebs in my lungs and it's hard to breathe.
