I've Had A Cold (nose Sometimes Stuffed, Sometimes Very Runny;

I've had a cold (nose sometimes stuffed, sometimes very runny; cough that I can feel in my chest & produces phlegm; and constant lower back pain) for over a week now. I have been on an antibiotic for the last week also. Any ideas of how/when this will end? Thanks in advance.
