I've Had A Complete Heart Work Up In The Last

I've had a complete heart work up in the last year which says my heart is perfect, but I also have had severe shortness of breath when doing any minial task and extreme shortness of breath when bending over to pick something up this has been going on for over a year and why I had the complete cardiac work up, no respiratory conditions of any kind
