I've Had A Cough For 4 Days. My Grandchildren Were

I've had a cough for 4 days. My grandchildren were sick & I have been babysitting 4 of them.
This afternoon I felt A bit worse, I had shivers aching in my back & hips, although I had back surgery years ago.
I felt nauseated tonight & vomited some bile & part of my lunch. I am not hungry, but felt slightly better after vomiting. So far I am Not photophobic & don't have a rash at present. I am 63 years old.
