I've Had A Cough For 5 Days Straight Now. And

I've had a cough for 5 days straight now. And two of those days, my heart beats a little weird. I feel it at the top of my chest near my throat. I don't have pain, but it's very uncomfortable. I went to an urgent care yesterday and they told me I have bronchitis. I'm feeling that weird heartbeat now. Should I go to a hospital ER?
