I've Had A Dull, Achy Feeling In My Lower Left

I've had a dull, achy feeling in my lower left jaw for 2 days now. I have 2 cold sore on that side of my mouth & keep thinking it could be causing the discomfort, but it isn't my mouth so much as my jaw that's bothering me. Should I be concerned or just keep hoping it goes away on it's own?
