I've Had A Dull Lower And Upper Stomach Ache Off

I've had a dull lower and upper stomach ache off and on for a few weeks. I'm not constipated and go regularly.
I'll have quick little pains on the lower right and left side where my ovaries would have been. I do not have ovaries or fallopian tubes. I do have my uterus. I have had some back aches too. Sometimes if feels like an ache in a straight line from about navel downward.
