I've Had A Feeling Og Something Beeing Stuck Between My

I've had a feeling og something beeing stuck between my lungs, it's a stinging feeling. I've had a cold for almost a week and it's starting to wear off. But last night i woke up because of a pain in my lungs, i though it was just that i accidentally breathed in my saliva as i slept. But now i'm thinking that i just woke up from the feeling that i have now. I don't smoke.
