I've Had A Flesh Coloured Lump On The Opening Of

I've had a flesh coloured lump on the opening of my Anus for what I know has been a few months now and doesn't seem to be disappearing, sometimes I get an itchy and sore anus, I am worried it is cancer from googling it, is there anything else it could be? I am only 25.
