I've Had A Head Ache For About A Week Now.

I've had a head ache for about a week now. Mainly in the back of my head /top of my neck. Sometimes my temples or the top of my head. Comes and goes. My left eye lid has been twitching some also. Last week i woke up to a nose bleed. I have bad teeth, but none of them are currently hurting. But my tounge feels a little swollen. I've been taking some off brand sinus medication, all though i dont feel like i have any sinus problems. Based off of advice of a friend. Hasnt seemed to have affected the head ache much.
