I've Had A Head Cold Since Sat. Night. My Right

I've had a head cold since Sat. night. My right side is extremely congested - can't breath out of it most the time. I have a lot of thick yellowish mucus. Now my right eye seems to be getting matter in it and watering. Do you think I need to call my doctor for an antibiotic?
