I've Had A Horrible "rash" Inside My Buttocks That Is

I've had a horrible "rash" inside my buttocks that is spreading to the outside and to the vagina for a week. I have pictures but don't see where to add them on here. No fever but the itch is horrible. That's why I can't sleep. Have Dr's appt. tomorrow but would like your opinion.
