I've Had A Loose Tooth Since High School (about 13

I've had a loose tooth since high school (about 13 years now). Over the years it became extremely loose. Today it came out and looks like there's something still in there. It's loose to the touch but bleeds when messed with. No pain. Minimal bleeding.
