I've Had A Lot Of Pain And Numbness In Both

I've had a lot of pain and numbness in both elbows when my arms are bent. The pain is more of a deep ache and it's relieved when I straighten them. The pain is worse at night and I have to sleep with both arms fully extended. Many times I wake with the pain and numbness and find my arms are bent again. It happens almost every night now. My doctor said my right elbow feels ridgid.. She just said to take NSAIDS or Tylenol which doesn't always help.
