I've Had A Miscarriage, Doc Prescribed Me Mistoprosol. I Misunderstood

I've had a miscarriage, doc prescribed me mistoprosol. I misunderstood her and took 1 tablet vaginaly then 12 hours later took another. Nothing happened in that time so I called her office and they said to insert the other 2 right away. Could this affect the process? I still have not passed anything and it been about 7 hours since the last dose. Docs office is closed
