I've Had A More Violent Than Normal Cough The Past

I've had a more violent than normal cough the past couple of days, along with a runny nose and some muscle aches. I am feeling better today and my cough has subsided somewhat. A few hours ago I noticed a sharp pain in the lower 1/3 of my back on the left side when I cough.
