I've Had A Noticeable Pain In Neck(near Adams Apple) When

I've had a noticeable pain in neck(near adams apple) when swallowing. It seems to get worse as the day goes. I typically have a bit of drainage and sometimes trying to swallow it time and time again will cause this pain for a couple days. I just sneezed pretty hard and now the pain is far worse then it has been when i swallow. What should i do or what could help?
