I've Had A Pretty Constant Dull Ache In My Lower

I've had a pretty constant dull ache in my lower right side for about 2 weeks now. It's not all day, but it's pretty constant most days. It's more noticeable when I'm working out or doing a lot. I wouldn't describe it as a stabbing pain, just a noticeable ache. I've also had a lot more gas than usual. Should I be concerned?
