I've Had A Problem For A Long Time Now And

I've had a problem for a long time now and have gone to several doctors about it but my stomach is always feeling hungry just an hour after eating lunch and makes very loud noises that are very annoying. I had one doctor telling me it was stress from home and another that it is my eating, somebody please help!
