I've Had A Rash On My Face Around My Mouth

I've had a rash on my face around my mouth for a few months now. I've been to the doctor a few times. They gave me steroid cortisone shots twice at my regular doctor and they gave me 2 antibiotics. The rash went away. Then they referred me to a dermatologist. They said this is like periodic dermatitis and gave me an antibiotic and face wash and lotion. I looked at my water pillow really good today when I took my pillow case off and notice all kinds of mold on it. I bet that's why I have all kinds of rash.
