I've Had A Raw Mouth Since Recent Lap Gall Bladder

I've had a raw mouth since recent lap gall bladder surgery. My entire mouth. This morning I had even developed a sore of the left side of my tongue. Not sure if this is surgery related- no soreness following general anesthesia- but it did start a couple of days after my surgery. ???
