I've Had A Respiratory Virus The Past Week. I Have

I've had a respiratory virus the past week. I have experienced severe pain in my upper lung for two nights. It is hard to get in my bed and find a comfortable position because each move causes severe pain. I believe it is pleurisy but it only hurts at night, does that sound like pleurisy?
