I've Had A Sinus Infection For 2 Weeks My Dr

I've had a sinus infection for 2 weeks my dr put me on bactrim which i've been on before and usually works after 3-4 days i'll be finished with the meds tomorrow and i'm not feeling any better,.I can't breathe, i'm stuffed up ,my ears feel water logged, my voice is crackly, at night I have night sweats, I can't taste my food, eating and smelling food makes me feel sick, got sick last night and it was orange! could this be viral> it will be 3 weeks on Tuesday I just want to get better!
