I've Had A Sinus Infection For Several Days And Was

I've had a sinus infection for several days and was taking over the counter meds. A few days ago I decided to go to the walk-in clinic and upon being screened my blood pressure was usually high. It read 134/92. My blood pressure has always been normal so this was a surprise to me. I checked it again today and it was 140/90 so now I'm concerned. Could this be caused by my sinus infection or meds? I've also noticed that a few times when I wake-up in the morning my heart rate has been elevated.
