I've Had A Smaller Scrotal Cyst For A Few Months.

I've had a smaller scrotal cyst for a few months. In the last three days it has gotten much bigger, causes pain and is almost the size of my testicle. Today, while using the restroom I noted blood and sebum leaking out. I applied a gauze pad gentle and the slight pressure caused a popping sensation inside my scrotum. If this cyst ruptured inside and the cystic wall is compromised inside, what is the risk of severe infection? The pain is rather intense since this occurred.
