I've Had A Sore Arm Or Shoulder For About A

I've had a sore arm or shoulder for about a week or so. There is a dull ache all the time. It hurts kind of above the bisep. If I raise the arm or try to push off with it or lift something the pain is worse. Today I have pain in the crease of my leg where it meets my hip. Both are the left side. I don't remember injuring or pulling a muscle in either place. I just wanted to double check to see if they could be related or anything to be concerned about.
