I've Had A Sore Left Shoulder Since October, Been To

I've had a sore left shoulder since October, been to Dr. First did P.T for neck. That didn't help, did P.T. for shoulder that didn't help. Seeing orthopedic Dr. did shot in shoulder that didn't help. Just had MRI last Friday, seeing Dr. this Friday. Just wondering what you think is wrong, pain is located mostly in the shoulder area, hurts moving it backwards. Dull ache all the time.
