I've Had A Stomach Bug Since Saturday, Im Drinking Lots

I've had a stomach bug since Saturday, im drinking lots but if I have anything to eat like a piece of toast, im on the loo in minutes
. I've read that the bug should only last 48hrs but I've had it longer should I be worried?
