I've Had A Sudden Onset Of Redness, Tingling And Itching

I've had a sudden onset of redness, tingling and itching of my face and eyes. It came on about 15 min. after finishing a meal at a Mexican restaurant. No known allergies to any food, ate nothing I haven't eaten before and have eaten at this restaurant many times before. The symptoms are completely confined to the face. It feels similar to a mild welding flash burn. It has now been going on for the last 3.5 hrs and is a bit more intense than an hour ago. Your thoughts are appreciated
