I've had a swollen gland for 6 weeks which has become longer, from behind the ear to top of coller bone, its about an inch wide, not hard to the touch, I'm suffering from constant tiredness hot and cold sweats, no weight loss, sometimes very painful, I'm unable to afford the payment
