I've Had A Swollen (very Visible) Left Clavicle Lymph Node

I've had a swollen (very visible) left clavicle lymph node for 7 months an now has spread into neck to point I've lost my jaw line, went to dentist all fine, had us on lymph node earlier this year (it's now bigger an spread) I have bad fatigue bloods came back normal
