I've Had A Tingling, Pins And Needles Sensation In My

I've had a tingling, pins and needles sensation in my left forearm and hand for about a day, last night and this morning it started getting more intense. It's starting to feel kind of heavy like it's asleep. I have also used poppers (a recreational inhalant sold in sex shops) before the symptoms started and once during, and I feel like it started getting worse after that, so I'm wondering if this could have anything to do with it.
