I've Had A Tubal Ligation 11 Years Ago, Missed A

I've had a tubal ligation 11 years ago, missed a period, which never happens. Having extreme lower back pain and abdominal cramping with no bleeding for the past two weeks. Two pregnancy tests came out negative, I don't feel right and been having a slight fever, nothing high just low grade. Not under stress. Should I be concerned?
