I've Had A Uti For Over A Wk Im On

I've had a uti for over a wk im on my 2nd antibiotic and still have the urge to urinate frequently. Its been four days since I started this antibiotic. My doctor did a urine culture but won't get the results back for a few more days. Is that normal to still have to urinate alot?
