I've Had A Whooshing Type Pulsating Sound In My Left

I've had a whooshing type pulsating sound in my left ear for 3 days now. It seems louder when I'm moving but its always there and driving me insane. I'm 22 weeks pregnant and have had 3 episodes of high blood pressure in last 3 weeks. Is this something I need to call doctor about or just wait to discuss it st my 24 week appointment?
