I've Had Abnormal Smears For A Number Of Years And

I've had abnormal smears for a number of years and last October had a Colposcopy followed by cold coagulation. I was told I had some CIN3 and CIN2. I've just had results from another smear test this week stating abnormalities found again and have another colposcopy scheduled in 12 days time. I'm very concerned as I've had menstrual like cramp non stop for last few weeks as well as a gurgling stomach and extreme tiredness. Are these symptoms connected and should I be seeking further medical prior to my colposcopy?
