Ive Had An MRI That Shows Cysts On My Pancreas

Ive had an MRI that shows cysts on my pancreas and a thickening of the left adrenal gland. I am a non smoker a non drinker and my gallbladder has been removed. Ive had my thyroid out, venign. I have had some chills and sweats and I am gaining weight rapidly. My left side and aroung to my back is sore. What treatment should i have or do to address these concerns. I am 53 yrs old.
