I've Had An Abdominal Hysterectomy 4 Weeks Ago. The Last

I've had an abdominal hysterectomy 4 weeks ago. The last two days have been quite hectic with a very bloated feeling in my upper gastric region. I don't feel I have to pass wind, but I simply feel bloated and am experiencing pain in the front stomach area but some in the kidney area also.

Is this a normal reaction 4 weeks post op?
