I've Had An Earache For Approx. 2 Month. I've Taken

I've had an earache for approx. 2 month. I've taken 2 different antibiotics plus ear drops. I am currently on steroids . I have a lowered immune system and have a high tolerance. Bottom line is that even though the pain is more bearable I sill cannot hear.
