I've Had An Ileostomy For Almost 2 Years, Patiently Waiting

I've had an ileostomy for almost 2 years, patiently waiting for reversal surgery but I have evidence that most all my medications including welbutrin, lamital, luvox, cortiseriods, vibramycin, perrcoset, oxcodin all of which I need to gain maximum benefit from are showing up with in less than an hour of taking them in my ileostomy bag. Most of the time they are whole and unabsorbed. What can I do and which medicines that can I get liquid or crush?
