I've Had An Umbilical Hernia And I'm Having Problems Now

I've had an umbilical hernia and I'm having problems now awith my bowels and bloating til I cant even suck in my stomach or push it out, it;s so extended I'm nausiated all of the time and having trouble passing gas at all. Could this possibly be the cause? I can see the hernia poking out. When I lay on my side I can feel something moving to the side and hurts also.
