I've Had An Unexplained Fever For A Week. Been On

I've had an unexplained fever for a week. Been on a zpack for 4 days. No other symptoms other than those related to the fever, headache, body aches and fatigue. The fever is low but has gone up to 101.8 and that is usually at night. I had a copper IUD put in a month ago. I've seen the midwife that put it in and she seems to think its just a bug, but I don't have any other symptoms.
