I've Had An Yeast Infection Lately And I've Used Over

I've had an yeast infection lately and I've used over the counter medication. I've had this problem for over a year and when I use medicine blood came out on the stick. Should I see my doctor right away? What do you recommend that would help? Any advice for my situation would be very appreciated.
