I've Had Back Pain For Two Days Left Bicep Area

I've had back pain for two days left Bicep area pain for one hour and visible blue veins traveling from my left wrist up my left arm a crossed my chest above my breasts down my right arm . And now there is an approximate 1" x 1" hard bump in my left pelvic kris from leg to hip. Should this required to go to the hospital for a work on an ambulance.
