I've Had Bilateral Knee Surgery On April 4th Still Having

I've had bilateral knee surgery on April 4th still having pain while sleeping at night. I take Tylenol during the day but at night I've been taking hydrocodone with actimenophen 7.5/325. Should I still be taking this for night pain. My doctor last month gave me 5/325 but that strength doesn't help.
